HCCRに参加したアルビス 3リッター スペシャル   今回TOYOTA 2000GTと一緒にメカニックがサポートしたのが、1938年アルヴィス 3リッター スペシャルです。 　

78年前の戦前の車ですが、その力強い走りはラフェスタプリマベーラで実証積みでした。
このアルヴィスを気に入って頂き、今回参戦の運びとなった方は、ご夫婦での初めてのクラシックカーラリー参戦となりました。 　

1日目、スタート直後にクラッチトラブルで止まってしまいましたが、Bingo Racingメカニックチームの手により、息を吹き返し再出発を果たしたアルヴィスは、その後はトラブル無く1日目を完走しました。 2日目は朝から雨、1日目の事もあったので少し心配しましたが、各チェックポイントも快調に駆け抜けてくれました。 力強い音、走りにクラシックカーであることを忘れてしまう程軽快な走りでした。 ドライバー、コ・ドライバーのご夫妻共に笑顔で戻ってこられたことに、2日間が充実していたことが傍から見てもわかるほどでした。

Alvis 3L Special that showed up at HCCR 
The mechanics also serviced and maintained the 1938 Alvis 3L Special for Hokkaido Classic Car Rally 2016 while taking extra care of the TOYOTA 2000GT. 
Although it has been 78 years since the Alvis was produced before the World War, this vehicle has already demonstrated its exceptionally powerful performances at La Festa Primavera and as the married couple liked it very much, they decided to take part in the Rally this time.    Day 1, they stopped right after the start due to the crouch trouble but thanks in large part to the great efforts of the Bingo Racing mechanics, the vehicle came back to life and stayed the course till the end without any troubles afterwards.
Day 2, we were nervous a little bit because of the rain from the morning and the accident of the day before. However, the vehicle run through each checkpoint, roaring the strong sounds in excellent condition, which technically made all of us almost forget that the car was a classic car. 
The married couple, a driver and co-driver, finished with a big smile on their faces and it was clear that the last 2 days were definitely awesome for them and for us, of course.
